Hobbies and Interests:  anything with a motor, snowmobiles, motocross, other hobbies include hockey and of course customizing and racing cars.

Accomplishments:  raced go karts with I.M. on the Stars of Karting circuit placing 5th in the series, also having excelled at the National/Regional/Club level of karting. Moving up to cars, he moved directly into open wheel cars, graduating from the Jim Russell Racing Academy in Sonoma, California. It was then he went into a developmental program in the Pro Formula Mazda chassis winning several events at the SCCA Regional and National Level thru the USA and into Star Mazda events thru 2007, all the while finishing off in his senior year of high school. 2008 was a pivotal year where Taylor committed to a full season of racing the Star Mazda series, where he would finish in the top 10 eight times. The season results were according to plan, finishing 10th in 2008.   

Goals:  short term goals are to win the 2009 Star Mazda season. Long term goals is to race for a living. Post secondary education is on the priority list but on hold in 09 to enable Taylor to focus 100% on racing, something he has never been able to do due to school.
